Grant applications will be open until April 5, 2024

The Education Foundation of Brown Deer is now accepting grant proposals for the 2024-2025 school year. All applications must be received no later than 4:00 PM, April 5, 2024. Grants to receive funding will be decided in May 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year. For any questions please email [email protected].

Since our beginning in 2014, The Education Foundation of Brown Deer has continued to provide grants and gifts to the Brown Deer School District to enhance educational opportunities for our students.

In 2023, we provided $46,449 in grants and gifts in the following areas:

• Humanities
• College and Career Readiness
• Books and other Literacy Resources
• Science, Math, and Technical Education
• Student Services

Our 2023 grants were used to enhance educational opportunities for students in a variety of areas across our three schools:

• 4K At Home Libraries
• BDE Makerspace - Jr. Robotics Program
• STEM Roller Skating Field Trip for BDE
• MHS Flexible Classroom Seating
• DECA State Development Conference
• Art field trip to Milwaukee Art Museum & "The warehouse" Art Museum
• Harvard Secondary School Experience
• MS Forensics Festival
• MS STEM Arduinos
• Communication Conference
